COURTYARD COTTAGES FOR 2, 3, and 4 persons 

Built in 1992 around three sides of a paved courtyard at rear of owners former farmhouse and stables, set in 3 acres, the single storey cottages are double glazed, of brick construction, incorporating materials from the original Stables and Cider Mill. 

Just off London Road (A40) on edge of Charlton Kings with attractive countryside to sides and rear, about 3 miles from Cheltenham Spa Town, with its elegant buildings, shops and varied attractions for Music, Art and Sports enthusiasts. Well placed for visiting many typical Cotswold Villages and small towns including Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, Cirencester, as well as touring further  a field with Gloucester 10 miles, Ross-on-Wye 25 miles, Bath 45 miles, Stratford-on-Avon 30 miles. With the Cotswold Way accessible at several points nearby and a vast network of footpaths in surrounding hills and countryside, walkers and nature lovers are particularly well served.

Open plan Lounge with Dining and Kitchen area. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and  basin. 1 Double Bedroom and second Bedroom serves as twin or 1 single.

• All our bedrooms are at ground floor level and the most accessable has a short ramp and one step 150mm high.All doors to the bedroom are 740mm wide.  
• The bed can be moved around to give greater space.
• The beds are divan type 
• There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge 
• The floor is a combination of lino or tiled and short pile carpet. 
• The decor is neutral. 
• There is a smoke detector outside the bedroom (high pitch sound) 

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [
• The cottages have showers over a bath. All floor coverings are either quarry tiles or lino.

Self-Catering Kitchen 

• The Kitchen, dining and Lounge are one room. 
• The main entrance to the Cottage leads directly into the kitchen/lounge. 
• The kitchen units are of standard design 900mm to worktops and sink.1400mmto wall units 
• The oven is built under the worktop and the hob is at normal worktop level that is 900mm above floor level both are  electric. 
• The kitchen floor space is 3000 x 1800 and covered with Lino/tiles. 
• The Fridge is under work top and there is a communial Freezer in our Laundry room.

Additional Information 

• There are 2 cottages all within the same courtyard.   Both cottages are single storey. The site is slightly sloping  with the maximum steps to cottages being three, including the threshold. Both cottages have showers over baths.
